At PawDoc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for our paid services.

1. Our Product

PawDoc offers a pay-per-use AI pet health consultation service. Each consultation includes a free triage preview. For $4.99 USD (one-time, no subscription), you can unlock the full in-depth health analysis report, which includes detailed differential diagnosis, home care guide, OTC remedy suggestions, vet visit planner, and 24-hour unlimited follow-up questions within the same session.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • Technical failure: The full report failed to generate due to a server error, AI outage, or other technical issue on our end, and you did not receive the paid content.
  • Duplicate charge: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same consultation session.
  • Unauthorized transaction: A charge was made without your authorization.

3. When a Refund May Not Be Available

Because PawDoc delivers digital content instantly upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once the full report has been successfully generated and delivered. This includes situations where:

  • The report was generated and displayed correctly, but you are dissatisfied with the AI's assessment. (PawDoc is an informational tool; AI outputs are probabilistic and may not match expectations.)
  • You changed your mind after the report was delivered.

However, we evaluate every request on a case-by-case basis. If you feel your situation warrants a refund, please contact us — we are committed to treating every customer fairly.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@askpawdoc.com within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Include your transaction ID or receipt (provided by Paddle in your confirmation email).
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact us at support@askpawdoc.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays and could lead to account restrictions.
